My Camera is damaged, how to file claim online?

In case of any damage to your camera, just email us at support@orapolicy.com from your reg. email ID, or call our customer support during business hours, and you can submit the claim. After you submit the claim, we either pick up your camera from your place or you can also choose the self-repair option. Doorstep services are available in selected cities, and in the case of a self-repair/replacement option, you need to share your bank details to get the amount of claim.
MMy camera is damaged again. Could I file a claim again?
Absolutely! We don't have control over the number of damages. Thus, we give a comprehensive protection plan for your Camera Insurance, and you can claim 6 times a year without any cap limit and sum assured!
