No worries at all! In case of any damage to your TV, just email us at support@orapolicy.com from your reg. email ID, or call our customer support during business hours, and you can submit the claim. After you submit the claim, we either pick up your TV from your place or you can also choose the self-repair option. Doorstep services are available in selected cities, and in the case of a self-repair/replacement option, you need to share your bank details to get the amount of claim.
My TV is damaged again. Could I file a claim again?
